Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all use of the Voycee platform. It supplements the Voycee Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. By using Voycee, you agree to follow this AUP and to ensure that every authorized user of your account does the same.
2. Prohibited content
You will not configure Voycee to handle, store, or transmit:
- Content that is illegal under United States federal or applicable state law
- Content that promotes, facilitates, or threatens violence, self-harm, terrorism, or human trafficking
- Sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children
- Harassment, hate speech, or content that targets a person or group based on protected characteristics
- Content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to scam callers, including impersonation of real persons or organizations without authorization
3. Prohibited activities
You will not:
- Use Voycee for spam, bulk unsolicited communications, or any activity that violates the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
- Place autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. 227) or the FCC's implementing rules
- Dial any number on the National Do Not Call Registry, state Do Not Call lists, or your own internal opt-out list, except as expressly permitted by law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Voycee software, or attempt to extract trained models, prompts, or proprietary algorithms
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Voycee system without prior authorization. See our security policy for coordinated disclosure
- Interfere with the operation of the platform, including by sending excessive traffic, attempting account takeover, or circumventing rate limits or billing controls
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Voycee without a written agreement
4. Telephony-specific prohibitions
- No calls or messages to emergency service numbers (such as 911) through Voycee. Voycee is not an emergency notification service
- No automated dialing to numbers without prior express consent where required by the TCPA or applicable state law (for example Florida's mini-TCPA)
- Honor opt-out requests promptly. SMS recipients who reply STOP must be removed from further messaging within 24 hours
- No SHAKEN/STIR call signing impersonation, caller ID spoofing, or neighbor spoofing
- No use of Voycee to circumvent A2P 10DLC registration, carrier filtering, or CTIA messaging principles
5. AI-specific prohibitions
- No use of Voycee to clone or impersonate the voice or likeness of a real person without that person's express consent
- No use of Voycee to generate synthetic political or election content that misrepresents a candidate, party, or election process
- No use of Voycee to provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice without a clear human-in-the-loop and appropriate disclaimers
- No prompt injection attempts intended to extract system prompts, override the security guardrails, or trigger unauthorized tool calls
- No removal or material alteration of the recording disclosure Voycee plays to callers
6. Reporting violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to help@voycee.com. Include the affected tenant, phone number, or call ID where possible. Security issues should also be reported per our security policy.
7. Enforcement
Voycee may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any violation of this AUP. Where a violation results in legal exposure to Voycee, our users, or third parties, we may cooperate with law enforcement and respond to lawful process. We will use reasonable judgment to scope an enforcement action to what is necessary to address the violation.
8. Updates
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Voycee after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
