1. Designated Agent

Voycee respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Sec 512. The following agent has been designated to receive notifications of claimed infringement on the Voycee platform:

2. How to file a notice of claimed infringement

To submit a notice under 17 U.S.C. Sec 512(c)(3), email dmca@voycee.com with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit Voycee to locate the material (for example, a URL or tenant identifier)
  4. Contact information sufficient for Voycee to contact you, including an address, telephone number, and an email address
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Voycee may forward your notice to the tenant or user responsible for the material.

3. Counter-notice procedure

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. Sec 512(g). Send the following information to dmca@voycee.com:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which you reside (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Voycee may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Voycee will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, Voycee may restore the removed material.

4. Repeat infringers

Voycee will, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users or tenants who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. Sec 512(i)(1)(A).

5. Misrepresentation warning

Under 17 U.S.C. Sec 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
