What this right covers

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Voycee does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We process the data we collect only to deliver the Voycee voice receptionist service and to operate our business.

You can still submit a Do Not Sell or Share request through the form below. We will confirm in writing that no sale or sharing has occurred and that none will occur in the future without your consent.

How to submit a request

Fill in the form below. You can also submit a request by email to privacy@voycee.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not use the information you provide for any purpose other than responding to your request.

Other privacy rights

• Right to know. Request the categories of personal information we collect about you and the purposes for which we use it.
• Right to access. Request a copy of the specific personal information we hold about you.
• Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Request that we limit our use of sensitive categories of data.
• Right to non-discrimination. Exercise any of these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@voycee.com from the address associated with your account. Tenant administrators can also use the self-serve export and deletion tooling in the Voycee portal.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization. We may contact you to confirm that you have authorized the agent.
