1. SMS Messaging Program
Voycee provides SMS notifications to business owners and their callers as part of the Voycee voice receptionist platform. By signing up for Voycee and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Voycee related to your account and service usage.
2. Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Call notifications: Alerts when your AI receptionist handles a call, including caller information and call summaries.
- Account alerts: Low wallet balance warnings, billing confirmations, and account status updates.
- Service updates: Important changes to your receptionist configuration or service availability.
- Caller follow-ups: With your configuration, your AI receptionist may send a follow-up text to callers (e.g., appointment confirmation, directions, or requested information).
3. Opt-In
By creating a Voycee account and providing your mobile phone number during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Voycee. You may also opt in to SMS notifications through your account settings at any time.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You can use Voycee without enabling SMS notifications.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your call volume and notification preferences. Typical users receive 1 to 20 messages per week. You can customize which notifications trigger an SMS in your account settings.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Voycee. You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings under Notifications. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
To re-subscribe, reply START to our number or re-enable SMS notifications in your account settings.

For help with SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message from Voycee, or contact us at help@voycee.com.
7. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Voycee does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
8. Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed, and delivery may vary.
9. Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for delivering Voycee service notifications.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of SMS features after changes constitutes acceptance.
